Can I use one pair of Solettos on multiple pairs of shoes?

No. Solettos are designed for single-shoe application and should remain permanently attached to the pair of shoes on which they are originally applied. For proper performance and safety, do not remove and reuse them on another pair.
Are Solettos available in other colors?

Not at this time. Solettos are currently available in black, a versatile color designed to complement a wide variety of heels.
Can I use Round Solettos on pointed-toe heels, or Pointed Solettos on round-toe heels?

We do not recommend it. Each Solettos style is designed to complement a specific outsole shape for the best fit, coverage, and performance. For best results, choose the style that most closely matches the shape of your shoe.
What if I’m not satisfied with my Solettos?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If your Solettos arrive damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us page, and we’ll be happy to assist you

Shipping is free on all standard Solettos orders. Expedited shipping available for an addittional cost
How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding holidays.
How long will it take to receive my Solettos?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order’s delivery progress.
Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If your Solettos arrive damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us page, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time. Currently, Solettos are available for shipping within the United States only.
